A webinar companion series to each issue of Frontline Initiative, where a contributing author to the issue is interviewed by staff from the National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP), which co-publishes the newsletter series. The mission of Frontline Initiative is to advance the knowledge of direct support professionals on topics, information, and resources important to them and their work. The intent is to elevate the status of direct support professionals and provide development of a competent human service workforce.
