FYI Monthly is a monthly e-communication from the Institute on Community Integration. The February 2019 edition includes four feature stories, a leading ICI Facebook post from the past month, two new publications, coming events, and several staff updates.

Two of the feature stories are about community living projects at ICI: One is about a project that examines how well Individualized Education Program (IEP) transition planning meetings relate to students' goals for adult life, and the other links to summaries of nine community living projects. Another story profiles a MNLEND Fellow/parent of a child with autism; the parent now uses her international business background to improve multicultural communication among diverse Minnesota families who also have children with autism. The last feature story is about a new exhibit of ICI's Art for All: The Stephanie Evelo Fund for Art Inclusion, which was established to recognize and celebrate artists with disabilities. The exhibit opens in Pattee Hall on March 6.
